Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Conduit America LLC (“Conduit America,” “we,” “our”) handles information collected through conduitamerica.com (the “Site”).

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, business email, organization (optional), area of interest, and message you provide. Our servers also record limited technical information such as IP address and browser user-agent string, used for fraud prevention and rate limiting.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of communications, and operate and secure the Site. We do not sell personal information and do not currently use third-party advertising or marketing pixels on the Site.

Storage and Retention

Inquiries are stored in a managed database with row-level security and are accessible only to authorized personnel. We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and to maintain customary business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site does not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking. Limited first-party cookies or local storage may be used for essential functionality such as maintaining form state. No analytics platform that profiles individual visitors is deployed at this time. If that changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated and a notice will appear on the Site.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by emailing cingram@conduitamerica.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect (identifiers such as name and email, professional information such as organization, and internet/network activity such as IP address and user-agent), to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): our lawful basis for processing contact-form submissions is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and operating and securing the Site. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

The Site is directed to business professionals and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
